Dr. Mohammad E Majd, MD

In 2003 I arrived at Norton Audubon Hospital; unable to walk due to a dislocated disk and bone spurs embedded in my sciatic nerve. Dr. Richard Jelsma took me apart and removed my spurs and removed and replaced my L5 lumbar disk. He took me on short notice and I was his 2nd to last patient before he retired. I will be eternally grateful for his excellent work. Dr. Mohammad Majd put me back together and gave me the ability to walk and work without pain and they guaranteed the work for 15 years. It is now 19 years and still working as promised. I cannot thank them enough.

I was told Dr. Majd retired, but have found out that's inaccurate. Does anyone know if he's still practicing? I was planning to have disc replacement surgery and really trusted him.

My primary doctor recommended Dr. Majd. It took around a year to get the surgery scheduled, due to insurance requiring injections first, set of three, each three months apart. After the injections were clearly not going to work, it was time to discuss surgery. He performed my spinal fusion 12-15-17. It was a great success, I was off from work for four months. I will always be thankful for Dr. Majd! He is a competent, compassionate and excellent surgeon. His staff was friendly, and my wait time was never more than 20 minutes. Thank you, Dr. Majd for helping me with my pain, and being able to go back to work!

Needs too get out of Hurting people worse doctor ever. By Far

They treat you as if you a lying about your pain, you are just a number and all patients are treated like they have the same issue. Your problem will not be dealt with until a year has passed of pain management injections first. I almost lost my job because no paperwork will be filled out for restrictions or time off, no exceptions. The doctor came out and told my family after operation I was much worse that MRI had shown (duh it was a year ago, things get worse). They filled out my return to work paperwork before ever seeing me back at office. Plus you have to see the other doctor who didn't do the surgery for post op visit. Go somewhere else where they will listen!

Dr. Madj has done many surgeries on my back. He has been very compassionent and has always ask and talked to me about the surgeries . They have all helped the problem , but due to an injury , the problems have traveled my spine and neck. But my trust I do put in Dr. Majd and I am satisfied.

Go too any Doctor besides this Helen Keller is Better than he is.

Dr. Majd needs too Retire he his hurting more patients than he is helping. He made a Major mistake on my Neck and came in the room and told my Wife And Child he had Made a Major mistake he had put the Cage on. Artery and A Nerve Root Two Days later had too let the SOB fix his mistake without my knowledge Thanks too Floyd Memorial Hospital letting me sign a Consent Form on a Morkhine Pump! And ever Lawyer you talk too has a Conflict of interest for the Guy that tells me he has been Sued more times than we even Know!! I refused too go back too him and Zurich made me an appointment with his Parnter Dr Castrol that point blank told me Dr Majd Screwed me up and I was 100% disabled. I am begging you do your Homework before going too this Group of Doctors they are all At their Retirement age too be doing Surgery on Anyone. Please take this as Serious as you can and Run like you have fire on you!!!
