My family of 3 went to their center on Van Nuys for COVID testing. After 7 days and multiple calls to the office, the doctor has still not contacted us with the results. We already know the results because we retested elsewhere. But how negligent and irresponsible to let people risk their family and loved ones’ lives for a week.

Horrible!

He is the greatest Doctor ever, my kids medicine was to expensive and we have no insurance, he pay for my kids medicine out of his own money. After that he visit my kids at home.

If I want an appointment, I can have it right then or the next day. I find Dr Rasekhi cheerful, easy to talk to, and very attentive.

I waited 3 HOURS, until I spent only 10 minutes with the doctor, and wouldn't even listen to my health complaint. He even answered the cell phone while talking to me, and I had to wait another 10 mins!.... then they had me do blood tests that they said were "COVERED" by my insurance. Months later, I get hit with a $400 bill. This is a deceitful, arrogant, and uninformed MD!
