Dr. Mohammad Reza Jazayeri, MD

I give Dr. Jazayeri a 2 star . I wish I could give him higher but he has no bed side manners at all. He is not friendly, he has a tendency to " brush you off", making you feel like you do not matter. I ended up needing a pace maker. Now, his NP Anne, is a wonderful ,caring person. She listens to all you have to say, does not make you rush, she is very caring and giving of her time. I see her all the time, rarely see the Dr, which is fine. Anne even gave me her personal number to call when I was having so many issues. I'm not sure if I need anything serious done, I would stick with Dr Jazayeri. I do think he is very knowledgeable, however, people need a caring Dr and he is not . Sorry!

The welcoming receptionist was wonderful, as was the nurse who gathered the preliminary information. The doctor and NP, who came in together,did not appear sincere in their concern. The two left the room saying I would be given a monitor and an explanation as to how to use it. The woman who came in said a monitor was not available and that I'd "be called". I asked if she had any idea when that may be. She said, "When one's returned." Two weeks later, I picked up a monitor, with no instructions to return it or for a follow-up visit. I am now doing the follow-up myself, as the cardiologist's office is not. I will find a different doctor for my health and peace of mind.

He gave me my life back.... I owe my life to him...
