Not qualified! He told my son who had a lump on his neck and extreme weight gain that he likely had Hashimotos but "he didn't have any symptoms to treat." We were there because of the symptoms. He then said, we will watch the lump for a few months because its nothing. We had to ask for a thyroid ultrasound. Thanks God we did. They found multiple lumps. Ansari called and suggested a biopsy. We asked for them to make it STAT and the medical assistant said "why do you need stat?"Thank God we asked for STAT. After the biopsy Ansari called and told my son he had thyroid cancer. He ended the call with "Good luck." TERRIBLE! Dr. Ansari, I hope that your child never has to see a doctor like you! Shame on you. No symptoms? Even after you saw the cancer marker bloodwork that you said didn't mean anything? I don't know how you will lay your head down at night knowing you could have delayed finding my son's cancer. Thank God for mother's intuition. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
