If you don't know the answer to a question you ask another staff member or supervisor. So if she is the troll on the phone who is incapable of helping me or passing me to someone who can answer the question. The paperwork is for a medication that is $700 a month COPAY AFTER INS. I have been on the couch & bathroom floor FOR 3 YEARS WITH A MIGRAINE. This medication finally helped. Didn't resolve migraine totally but helped. So that means I have to find another doctor who STAFF CAN ANSWER A QUESTIONS TO HELP THE PATIENT. How difficult is it to make an effort to find paperwork that the sender said you recieved. Not one time did she say that she would look for it. She just kept saying "when the paperwork show up we will fill it out." I find out by reading reviews that Doc Choudry office is not hooked up the the medical system online to transfer such documents. She caused herself grief & myself. All she had to do was make an effort & look for the paperwork. Actually do her job!

First I would like to comment on many of the negative review I have notice. They all maintain that the doctor is unresponsive but go on to say they are asking or even demanding pain medications! Really people? He is a neurologist not a pain specialist and not likely to write prescriptions unrelated to neurology! Duh. He is not rude and he shows more time and patience dealing with me than many providers in this area. I found his staff to be very efficient, she made a mistake, admitted it, corrected it and was very friendly about my having pointed it out. We are all human. Very nice office with clean clear communication NO LONG WAIT!!! Been seeing neuorlogists for over 10 years and never had one get me back and meet with me in such a short wait yet.

I have been Dr. Choudry patient for 20 years. He is very thorough and helpful for my neurological care.

No stars if i could, he was very rude to both my parents :(

Very kind and helpful which matters the most

So far the doctor been really great. He listens to me. He doesn't talk over me. I can understand him. Hes been really nice, i dont have to wait an hour and a half to be seen!

He is in too much of hurry--down the hall to a room; doesn't listen to patient; writes RX for medicine on Allergy List--doesn't bother checking info he has. Showed him list on last visit!! Left room while I was still talking to him. He wants to treat you for what he wants--not what issue is--head numbness, prickling associated with MS. Passed off my age & length of time I've had MS. Wanted to prescribe something for my feet!! NOT MS issues!!

Very good doctor , most efficient

I agree with all the negative comments left prior to mine. This unhuman is in the wrong profession. Cold, rude, cruel and unquestionable. The office staff is cold!

Do yourself favor and donot ask this office for pain pills, illegal paperwork or other nonsense. HThis office is purely evaluation for neurological condition and recommendeion on bassis of results . Donot disappoint yourself wi
