Dr. Mohammed Touheed, MD

I've never seen him, but today I received a bill of $500 for an office visit that supposedly occurred over 3 months ago, on a SATURDAY. Really? The phone number given does not work. If I ever get through, I will insist on a summary of the visit before I pay one penny. No docs, no pay. Simple as that.

Supposedly, Mr. Touheed (I cannot, in good conscience, call him doctor) is a full-time staff member of Wekiva Springs Center in Jacksonville, FL. However, although Wekiva Springs Center lists him as full-time staff, they disavow knowledge of him and his billing practices, saying he is an outside consultant. This means your insurance will only pay a small portion of his padded bill. Two years after treatment (and 18 months after being told by Wekiva that all bills were paid), we received a bill for $684 from Mr. Touheed. His "personal billing company" says insurance would not pay his fee -- because he is not a member of the very facility where he is listed as full-time staff. After treatment, my family member has been unable to maintain employment. We get poorer, while the "doctor" gets wealthy. Woo-hoo! I feel so privileged to support this doctor to the lifestyle to which he has become accustomed.

I recieved multiple fake bills from this doctor who I never saw but claims to work at Wekiva Springs in Jacksonville florida. He may or may not but I did not see him. I am not the only one that has received faked bills from this person.
