The staff has an attitude, they don't return your calls and have a very unpleasant attitude. id someone is calling is because they need the doctor, not the extra stress of dealing with the nasty staff. Again the doctor is amazing very human but the staff is terrible.

Had initial visit for VSG surgery and found him to be delightful. He answered my questions patiently and was very pleasant. He's booked months in advance and staff was difficult to get a hold of because it's a very busy office; but everyone was very professional.

Dr. Jacobs is very special, I had the opportunity to meet him when my brother operated diverticula and everything went successfully, then I trade my gallbladder father, and my husband, my sister, my brother and me a gastric sleeve and has was the best way we have done in our lives. My surgery was a great experience overall. Dr. Jacobs beside manner is second to none. He is very pleasant and takes his time in explaining everything so that I understood it all. His office staff made the whole insurance process non-existent for me. They took care of everything so I didn't have to deal with any of the paperwork. I'm very happy with my choice of surgeon.
