Not only did he blame females who had been victimized, he protected a male colleague who was a known perpetrator, silencing the woman who reported the boundary violating unethical colleague, when his office was next to his in the former institute. Shameful.

It is so sad Dr Shopper has retired after so many years of great service to the community. He is the by far the VERY BEST OF THE VERY BEST. You are missed for all us who you helped in every way from therapy to forensic analyst. You leave an open hole where no one can fill. We miss you
