Dr. Molouk Fariba Rahnema, MD

I've tried to make an appointment for over a month and finally I get ahold of the office and they tell me I told them I'm going somewhere else..I've never talked to the office staff. So they can chose and pick who to help,not very doctorly of them. Hope you never have to experience this .

I have been a patient of Dr. Molouk Rahnema for several years now; thus, have found her front office staff to be inconsiderate and rude at best. After, calling for two days in a row now to clarify a wrongful billing on a visit I already paid. Isabella, who answered the phone and didn't even give me a chance to tell her the reason for my call before hitting the hold button; then 17 minutes later when she picks up again and after explaining the reason for my call she transfers me to billing; where I had to leave a voice message since nobody answered. Unfortunately, nobody cared to return my call so when I reached-out again today the story repeated itself where I was put on hold three times and when I made a point of the lack of courtesy not allowing me to explain the reason for my call before being put on hold multiple times; this staff member decides that arguing with a patient is better business than doing her job while efficiently helping to resolve a problem. For this and the lack of… bedside manners from this doctor, I have decided to take my health concerns to a professional who values and supports their patients. Honestly, practices like this should not have a place in the medical world; it is clear that they do not understand that their practice exists because of patients who honor and entrust them but I am sure that will not be my case. If you are looking for good care and an office who will take your health interest seriously, then stay away from Valley Endocrinology and Dr. Molouk Rahnema...

Dr. Rahnema has challenged me to improve my diabetes A1C statistics through technologies and self management. Based on her coaching and training, my test scores have improved. Her office is friendly and it usually runs on time. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had been a patient of Dr. Rahnema's for about a year. She was rude, nasty and obnoxious. When I dared to ask her a question concerning my own health she got insulted as though I were questioning her knowledge of my condition. I have been to many doctors in my many years and have never been treated so disrespectfully by the doctor. I would AVOID this doctor and go elsewhere where you can question the doctor and not feel like you are being scolded. If I could have given her no stars I would have.

Doesn't care about her patients. Has zero compassion.

Best endocrinologist in US. She takes extremely intelligent care of her patients as she did with me. Not only did she discover a complicated diagnosis correctly she spent long nights, with hours and hours of research and study to determine the correct dosage of medicine . Her personal approach to treatment should be a model for all doctors. Unbelievable compassion and intelligence make her one of the best if not the best endocrinologists in the world.

Dr. Rahnema is a caring physician and I would recommend her to others. She is thorough, confident and well informed. I trust her and that is important to me.
