I saw Dr. Mona Foad for treatment of some really bad results (scarring) following facial work done at Sono Bello, also here locally. I've seen that Sono Bello is not doing this kind of work any longer, which is a VERY good thing! Dr. Foad showed great compassion towards me during this difficult time. She carefully and realistically reviewed all my options. Her care which including punch excisions and TCA cross for scarring was exceptional. Dr. Foad is not only an intelligent and knowledgeable physician, but she also has a beautiful, caring heart. Highly recommended!

I have consistently waited over 1 hour to be seen by Mona and this has happened at least 3-4 times in a row now. They call you back quickly and you sit in the room with a sheet on you naked for over an hour. No updates either. They always are running extremely behind. Then once you are seen they want to rush you in and out. I can also tell this office prioritizes cosmetic and money more than anything. They push expensive products on you (talking $300 for a cream) when you can do better over the counter. Lastly I have gotten several moles removed and they did a horrible job as far as making it look decent... very sloppy. Then they suggest cosmetic lasering to make it look better. Wonder why $$.... go elsewhere and save yourself all the trouble.

If you're looking for a Doctor who actually listens and cares about you, then Dr. Mona is for you. Yes, sometimes she can run a bit later. That's because she doesn't treat you like there's no time and wants to get to the next patient I have had multiple services from her. She is the long term solution to your skincare needs! A doctor who cares about your current and long term goals. She is a true partner in your aging process!

If you want a doc that is ALWAYS late, charges a deposit for your appt and places a charge on your card two months before the visit, and finally NEVER returns a call this could be the doc for you! You will wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour!

I couldn't be happier to have found Dr. Foad. She is the first dermatologist I've had that has taken the time to know me as a patient. She listens to my concerns without judgement or blame. Both she and her staff make me feel comfortable and given me hope that my adult acne will soon be under control!
