Dr. Mona Karimpour, MD

Dr, Karimpour talks in low voice & quite fast without caring if you heard her or not, also very little eye contact when she speaks to u. We spent $ 4000 in a brain image & if I don't ask she would not care to tell me the results ! Charges in the Amen Clinic $ 400 /hr wich in reality is 45 min. She asks if there is anything else & if you can't think at the moment of something she terminates the session before the 45 min. Also I requested a copy for Court in Santa Clarita stating that I had been a patient nothing else & she answered through co-ordinator at Amen Clinic that the letter & visit would be $ 650. TRUE !

Felt like I was fodder for her research and not a patient she was actively engaged in treating. Poor follow-through which extends to her support staff. First response to every issue is “I find that hard to believe” and was never “how are you feeling because of what you just related?” Her relative lack of experience is readily apparent after seeing a better doctor.

Dr Karimpour is a highly competent and trustworthy individual. She is also an empathetic listener, someone you can depend on. My only issue is the cost is high for me as her practice is out of network with my insurance company.

Definitely have to visit her
