Incompetent and should NOT be treating children! She refused to treat my 3 year old. Refused to test for ANYTHING. 8 hiuts later, 2nd ER visit my child is needing IV fluids, possible hospitalization and gets a positive RSV swab. So sad to see such a prestigious hospital employ a doctor like this. My child had been running a 105.9 temp and she said temps did not matter to her. Wow!!!!!!!

I will never forget this doctor. She has the worst bedside manner. Even the nurses said she was out of line and wrong for her words. I won’t go into detail of the horrifying mean things she said to me but I hope other families complain as I am if she were to do the same to you.

As a mother, I would have preferred a doctor who listened to my concerns. She was arrogant, dismissive and I am not sure she heard me. She actually made me feel like I might think twice about taking my child to the doctor. Great doc, right? Honestly, I felt like she felt like she knew everything before I could speak, and anything I said, she had an excuse for. She talked down to me and didn't acknowledge my sick son- the whole reason I there! It was me up at 3am, and paying the hefty bill, she could have listened to me. I deserved that, but more importantly, my child deserved that.
