Dr. Mona Elsayed Orady, MD

I've been seeing Dr Orady for almost 2 years, following her from Dignity Health to her private practice. Her clinical experience has few parallels and her bedside manners impeccable. However, her recent move to her private practice has given me much pause. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as they work through the initial chaos of setting up a new clinic. 1. Records were not promptly taken. Pill foil packs were kept in an assistant's pocket so she can log the batch number "later". 2. The equipment seem substandard instead of the medical-grade workhorses that one would expect: sonograms were mislabeled or couldn't be printed. Even the printers weren't working. 3. Staff, overly shorthanded, would rush to open the clinic doors with medical probes in their hands. 4. My visits were postponed several times due to missing equipment or supplies. 5. When I finally had my procedure, the assistant collected my bloody tissue without gloves. It was not an assuring picture at… all. After several visits there over the past few months, I have seen a consistent pattern of disorganization, poor hygiene, faulty equipment to decide to call it quits. I'm sad because I actually like Dr Morady and her team. However, they need to be supported by robust processes and equipment to deliver quality care. Until then, I rather be seen by elsewhere.

Dr. Mona Orady is one of the BEST physicians at the Cleveland Clinic. She is professional, thorough, and so very caring. She did my hysterectomy and spent so much time explaining, and talking to me....as if I was her only patient. She performed my surgery at 6:30 am and stopped in to check on me at 8:30 at night......after being at the hospital, working all day! She deserves an award! She is simply OUTSTANDING!!

I definitely recommend Dr Orady. She is kind, professional, and not afraid to take on difficult cases! She goes above and beyond for her patients!
