What an awful experience with this doctor - one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She was very rude, dismissive, and made medical decisions based on her personal vendetta. Provided inaccurate medical advice. She made what was already a stressful experience of having surgery even worse. I do not trust her, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR.

I have been going to Dr. Mitra going on 3 years. I guess I haven't been a sick enough patient. Just today I called to get an appointment and have medicine refilled and was told I wasn't a good fit for this office ???? I don't go to the doctor enough I guess. Felt very disrespected. So unprofessional for a doctor who is supposed to be there for her patients to tell you to go elsewhere. Don't bother with this office. Not worth your time.

Dr. Mitra is a great doctor. She takes her time and really cares about her patients. However, when I am sick, it is difficult to get an appointment with her.

As a medical professional and surgical patient myself, I have a much more accurate understanding of how post operative activities should occur. Dr. Mitra is first and for most not respected by her nursing staff, she is known to be late by hours and is very disorganized. Her tone is rude and condescending (more so because she blatantly lied to me because she did not know I too am a medical professional). At the Baylor Surgical Center at Trophy Club everyone we came into touch with was competent, peasent and delightful, with the exception of Dr. Mitra. All she did was treat the patient rudely and provide false information. Stay away from her.

The staff was very nice except nurse Lilly. I didn't appreciate her giving me a speech about something she knew nothing about and she lied to the doctor. I quit going to Dr. Mitra because of her.

Dr. Mitra was very effecient as well as thorough in my visit to the clinic. She was able to figure out my problem and get me on course to recovery. A week later and i'm feeling much better, I definitely recommend Dr. Mitra!

I saw Dr. Mitra at the TrueMedicine outpatient clinic and I'm so glad I went. I was having headaches and she was able to identify the problem and get me the right meds to treat it. I was especially impressed by the time she took to listen to my problem, and I really felt like she cared.
