Dr. Monica Companioni is highly recommended. She is very professional. Listens to all of my concerns. She is very gentle and caring. There is barely any wait time. I have been her patient for the last 4 years and absolutely this is the best experience I've had with an OBGYN. Her office staff is great. They are very professional and attentive. My overall experience since I've been her patient is excellent.

Phenomenal experience with this doctor! She is knowledgeable and compassionate. Listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one thoroughly. She never rushed me and she was so gentle during my exam. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends!

This doctor should NOT be in practice. She is rude and unprofessional. As I sat in the waiting area, able to hear every word behind the open window and glass door, she loudly and very rudely discussed me being late to my appointment with her front staff where EVERYONE in the office could hear including myself. The nurse told her to be quiet and she said she didn't care. When she kept going I finally couldn't take it anymore so I went to the window and asked that she please stop as I was not late on purpose and I called in expecting to just re-schedule but was told to come in. I told her it was upsetting and unprofessional for her (the doctor) to say my name loudly and then to continue to talk about a patient like that- especially knowing everyone could hear. She said she didn't care and that I shouldn't have been late. She was talking to me like I was a child or her buddy. I could not believe a physician would have such an attitude. When I tried to explain why I was late and that I… called in and her front staff told me to come in now she got mad. She then DENIED me medical care and told me to leave her office if I didn't like her attitude. I have NEVER been treated so poorly! It was embarrassing and sad because I needed to see a doctor today. Now I will struggle to find another doctor and my health will suffer. STAY AWAY from this office!!!

I was so impressed with Dr. Companioni and her staff Denise, Madeline and Marilyn from beginning to end. The service and support was great during my pregnancy. Dr. Companioni was amazing! She listened, understood my syptoms, and discussed my options. I didn't feel rushed at all and she made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate the entire staff at A New Beginning OBGYN Esmeralda B.

I absolutely love this doctor! This was my 3rd pregnancy and all 3 were different doctors for the delivery. Comparing all 3 experiences Dr Companioni was by far the best of the best.

Simply put:the best doctor’s office around. Front staff was very helpful in explaining my insurance benefits and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Dr Companioni was as warm and caring as always. I have been seeing her as a patient for several years and will continue to for many more years to come.

Monica Companioni has always been great! This review is in reference to her front staff. One in particular which I do not have a name unfortunately. I was belittled, yelled at, and hung up on after I stated that I could not afford to pay a bill from her office. Unfortunately, I am one of millions of Americans who has stacked medical bills, and even with health insurance, I am unable to afford. I tried to explain myself to her, but she continued to yell at me about how incredible it is that I am not going to pay what I owe, and hung up on me. I have to take a test that will tell me if I have CANCER and guess what, I CANNOT AFFORD IT! If I could, do you really think that I wouldn't be paying for it for the fun of it!? I was treated like garbage, and belittled. Someone who works at a medical office and with full knowledge of how these insurance companies work... One would think that they would have a little more compassion, and at lease allow me to explain myself. It was horrible. The… last thing that I needed, and during the holidays was to be treated like garbage, because I cannot afford a test that may save my life. Dr. Companioni, your staff needs to be trained a bit better on how to have some more compassion for your patients. This was a very sad, and horrible experience for me, and I really hope that no one has to experience what I had to experience today only because I cannot afford to pay for my medical bills, and potentially life saving exam. Very sad.

Dr Companioni was the doctor on call the day I delivered. She was super sweet and patient. She made my delivery experience perfect. She will be my obgyn from now. Can’t say enough good things about her.
