Dr. Monica Panzer Jones, MD

She is a very excellent doctor my girls loved her. She has saved my daughters live. I would prefer her to anybody

Have been going there for a few years now. My most recent visit was the first time I saw dr jones. Her bedside manner was atrocious, she completely dismissed any questions I had, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. I left there seriously contemplating finding a new pediatrician.

STAT AWAY MY kid lost there hearing .Told me that I over protect my child. Got 2 opinion my child had tumors in her ear. Lost 95% in one ear 20%uot of other ,Go with your gut for being a over protect my KIDS.

By far the worst pediatrics office in Syracuse. Ive never even met the actual doctor Monica Jones. They won't see your child if they dont have insurance knowing full well they need shots. The staff is the laziest I've ever seen. The nurse practitioner is inexperienced. Save you and your child(ren) the time and effort and go to a doctors office that actually cares.

i would deffinaltely reccomend this dr to everybody. Dr. J ones is a very caring dr. If it wasnt for Dr. Jones my son might not be here today. Shes goes above and beyond for her patients. She makes myself and my family feel like we are part of her family

i was totally disappointed with our last vist at this office with dr. monica jones. the nursing staff was so rude to my children that that they were in tears before they even saw the dr. the dr. had no bedside amnner what so ever, and totally cut my kids off as tehy were talking, and the way she spoke to me as a parent was jsut rude and wrong. i would advise anyone thinkign about this office to think twice and do your homeowrk to find anotehr provider .

Dr. Jones has been taking care of my son from the day he was born and has always been attentive, willing to answer questions and available for anything either my husband or I needed. The expansion she did on her office to take over the entire floor is fantastic and beautifully decorated for kids with each room being dedicated to a particular cartoon/Disney character. Dr. Jones always addresses our concerns and is incredibly thorough in helping figure out any illness that have come up. She has always been on top of my son's care and I can't thank her enough for that.

Syracuse Pediatrics is a horrible place to go. The nurse's are not repsectful, they have no bedside manner what so ever. The way they treated my 3 year old was absolutely cruel! They showed him this big needle they were going to use for a shot, didn't calm him down and just stuck it in him while he was falling off the bed. I was disgusted by the way they talked to me as his parent. Dr. Monica Jones was a horrible doctor, she came in the room for a total of 3 minutes, disregarding any questions I had for her as if they were stupid and had absolutely no bed side manner as well. They treat children there as if they are being bothered by them. Dr. Jones will talk about other patients issues loudly enough for people in the waiting room to hear her. I was there and heard her making some remark about a Mother that was "insane" because she wanted her son on some medicine. I think they were disrespectful, not courteous and the rooms are dirty. I have had to change the paper myself on a bed… because it looked as if and smelled as if a little child peed himself prior to us going in the room. I recommend you going to another doctors office to get the RIGHT care your child needs.
