Dr. Monica M Melamedoff, MD

She is ok with experience and sufficient medical knowledge. I think the office is a little pushy on selling not covered services. They charge $10 per form that need to be filled out. I have 3 kids that is $30 minimum per year before school starts. One time my son was running high fever over 105F. It was a few minutes after the office hour when I called. I told the stuff it was an emergency and I'd like to get advice from the doctor if I need to bring him to emergency room. My call was never returned that day. The following day, a doctor call back and apologized for her stuff. She said she was in the office that afternoon doing her paperwork. My call was never passed to her. I think Dr. Melamedoff should train her stuff properly to handle a situation like this if she cares about her patient.
