Dr. Monica Jain Snowden, MD

I went once to see this doctor and was so appalled by how incredibly rude and uncaring she is. If you can't be kind and listen to your patient's concerns without attacking them, then you have no business being a doctor.

This was the worst experience I has e ever had at a Dr.s office. Dr.Snowden is a very rude Dr. Her MA Sara refused to allow me to have MY results over the phone. Sara told me Dr.Snowden said I can go to another office . I. Spoke with the official e manager Claudette who was no help at all . She also told me to go to a different provider. No professionalism at all.

Dr Snowden was wonderful! Very attentive, caring and listened to me! She has a great sense of humor and at the same time made me feel secure in her care! No waiting. No problems. All good!! I do not yet have a definitive diagnosis not has there been any follow up so I can't comment on those. Thus no rating, no stars provided.

I've never seen a doctor as dismissive and so completely devoid of any compassion. People deserve far better in care-giver. This doctor couldn't care less about her patients, and seems eager to show her contempt.

Most patients complain about her abruptness and feel her behavior is offensive. She has not given the in depth evaluation and careful recommendations expected in a specialist. Some feel she may be racially biased. ONE patient liked her and thinks she is a fabulous person! I will not be referring my patients to her.

No need for follow up after visit. Not the nature of what we do.

Dr. Snowden is good with patient education and communication. She works quickly and gets to the point fast, but not in a way that makes her seem rushed, just efficient. She answers questions well and exudes confidence. She gives reasons for recommendations. Her manner is more coach-like than nurturing, which I like. She provides a summary of each visit.
