Dr. Monica Ellen Townsend, MD

She's a wonderful doctor. One of the few that still takes the time to listen. Also one of the few willing to work on finding the root cause of the problem. She doesn't just through some pills at an issue and hope it goes away. She also doesn't tell you it's all in your head like so many want to do these days if they have trouble finding the problem. As far as wait time, ease of appointment, and staff at her current location I can only guess as I've not been there yet.

Dr Townsend is awesome and people don't realize how fortunate they are to get to have her take care of them. She fixed my heart when no one else could.

Wow! Dr. Townsend is quite a jewel that'shard to find today. My 1st visit with her. Sheput the patient at ease even when I was in pain.She had direct eye contact with you & she listens.I miss two days from work (because of my illness)but, I was quite surprised and impress when I answer my office phone and she was on the line.Dr. Townsend, ask me "how I doing" and was there was any else she could do for me! I thought abouther all day. I believe I have found a "jewel" fora Doctor. Thanks for Dr. Townsend. Your office # is in my IPhone. :)

Is Dr. Townsend actually qualified to properly diagnose a person with Anemia. She has not done proper tests to find what type a Anemia a person has. She is sending patient down for non necessary tests that have nothing to do with Anemia.

Very knowledgeble physician, extremely thorough provides necessary patient education without talking down to the patient. Recommend this physician to patients tired of being herded through a large clinic with a physician who cares little about the value of your time.As side note, she is also easy on the eyes.

Dr. Townsend is a wonderful Dr. and a perfect lady. She has been my Dr. for about 2 months. I told her about the hurting i had in my shoulders and she set me up for a gauld bladder check and that was my problem. I had surgey for it and i am doing great thanks to her. Dr. Overlock was treating me for a bad heart, I fired him.
