The doctor was great. Horrible Front Desk customer service. Poor communication responses. Not friendly.

Awful. No personality or sympathy. Refuses to see you when in need. Never returns phone calls. Has office staff do it. And her office staff is rude as well. No one on that office has a good bed wide manner!

A knowledge Doctor, but no personality. If you have test come back that says you have a heart problem, you get no other information. She will have one of her office staff call you and say you need to see a specialist. She will not return a phone call, you have to make another appointment just to ask a question. Another co-pay. So you're scared to death waiting weeks and thinking you're going to die before she will talk to you again.

Great Doctor. Would love more natural remedies but she is great with what she is allowed to do. Very popular. I can't get my husband or daughter in as a patient because she is so booked.

I am 58 years old and Dr. Vancampen is the best doctor I have ever had. She is thorough, concientious and caring. I have talked with her about personal & medical issues. I highly recommend her!!
