Dr. Monica Michaelle Washington, MD

Dr. Washington may be great at conducting surgeries, but the level of care afterward in terms of information to ensure proper healing without complication is absent. I had several complications post surgery that I am still experiencing. I have found a doctor who is actually caring and helped remedy many of the urgent issues.

I saw Dr. Washington a few months ago to discuss a surgery that I needed, and we planned in advance for my annual and second review for the surgery. My work schedule prohibits me from having flexibility during the week for appointments, so it is imperative that I schedule in advance. Three weeks out from my appointment date, I receive a call that my appointment is canceled. I inform the receptionist that I'm off for 2 weeks, and guess what no appointments available. I decided that perhaps this office and doctor are not for me, and that I need to go to a doctor that is able to accommodate her patients.

Dr. Washington is very professional and shows compassion for her patients.
