Dr. Monique Deneen Jones, MD

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Jones to anyone, her lack of empathy, care for patients mental health, and habit of speaking without knowledge of patient history. I have never personally heard surch horrific bedside manner from a physician. Once a physician loses that emotional connection and empathy for their patients, it's time to retire. Patients are people with lives and mental heath. For a doctor, this is their job but their words can effect their patient far more than they realize. Human decency goes a long was and I can say that Dr. Jones is absolutely lacking in that area. I recommend that all patients avoid a visit with this doctor if they value their mental health because she believe the "harsh way" is better "because no one else is going to tell you just because your pregnant". Dr. Jones should some continuing ED on pregnancy and mental health before continuing her "harsh" tactic. Do better Duly Health and Care, Dr. Jones is not it.

I will never recommend anyone to go to this facility for medical help. I've been seeing Dr Jones for 7 months. I was refused pain management after having 3 ultrasounds that revealed I had issues that cause pain .I was made to feel incompetent and talked to like a child regarding my diagnosis and follow-up appointments. Her office manager (Stephen) is rude and unprofessional to say the least. They discuss your personal medical history in front of everyone in the waiting room . HIPAA VIOLATION!!! I am a healthcare professional and I've been practicing for over 20 years with 3 of them being in management. Maybe they should get to know their patients. I'm far from stupid. One of my medical issues was resolved .I was contacted by Dr Jones via voicemail 3 weeks before my surgery and was told it was canceled .. No follow-up. No inpatient consultation. Nothing regarding my other issues. Nothing....

She has God complex and lacks professionalism is driven by emotions. If she's having a bad day so will her patients.

I couldn't be any happier with my doctor. She cared so much for me during my surgery. Why would anyone want a different ob/GYN?

Dr. Jones and her staff were so overly impressed with their new technology (paperless environment) that they lost their bedside manner. Dr. Jones spent the whole time during my visit staring at her computer. She actually spoke to me less than three minutes, was very disrespectful and discriminatory toward me. I am going to pursue this with my insurance company and the BBB.
