Dr. Monique Yvette Langston, DO

This location does not accept new patients though it is listed on healthcare portals as accepting new patients. This location receives two stars because the receptionist was wonderful and referred me to another location despite the inconvenience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Langston's for several years now and I have found that she is very through; takes all concerns seriously and never hesitates to refer me to a specialist if her initial exam shows its feasible. I am very confident with her skills and expertise. Office visits are always efficient time wise and she and her staff are friendly and professional.

She's a great Doctor. Most professional and caring.

Pleasant bedside manner.

Dr. Langston has no bedside manner, it is as though she is a robot. She expresses no sense of urgency or concern for her patients. You are given 15 minutes at most and most of that time you are with her assistant. There is no follow-up after test that she requested. Her office staff is wonderful, accommodating and "real". I have been going to this office since 1995 and left shortly after she took the practice over.

While I like Dr. Langston, her staff is very rude. After several years of putting up with this rudeness, I changed doctors.

Her office staff is rough, to say the least. However, Dr. Langston is very soft spoken, not rushed, and does not get offended (as many doctors do. When we've asked questions and suggested additional tests, she was quick to listen and thought it was a good idea. So far, so good.
