Dr. Monte James Carel

Had been a patient for over 5 years and staff changes frequently, except for the receptionist, who is extremely hard to deal with. They pretty much harass you to death for appointment reminders or cancellations. Dentist is good but only sees you for about a minute.

I have been going to Monte Carel DDS for years. He is an excellent dentist and his staff have always been kind and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist. My entire family goes here and we have always been pleased with the care we receive.

Highly recommend this Dentist! As a retired Dental Hygienist, I am knowledgable as to how and what certain procedures should be done. He and his staff are very caring and qualified. The best at painless injections ever! Dr. Carel is worth, my whole family and many friends, drive to Mustang!

Good Dentist but horrible staff , went to him for 5 years and his office cancelled 5 or 6 of my scheduled appointment and it was alway a 30 + day wait for a new appointment , the first time I cancelled ( because of a death in my family) I was charged $50! What a caring bunch!

I think Dr Carel is a good Dentist with the worst staff in his profession, In the 5 or 6 years my family used him his staff cancelled 5-7 appointments we had scheduled and took at least 30 days to rebook them, the one appointment I cancelled ( because of a death in my family) they charge me $50 ? what kind of people would treat you like this?

I would not recommend Dr. Carel. I witnessed an unpleasant exchange between a staff member and a patient. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Therefore, I will not be returning.

Dr. Carel is the best dentist and his staff is awesome. I travel almost an hour just to see him and drive by hundreds of dentist just to get to him. He used to practice in my town but moved his practice, so now I just go to him. Awesome.
