Very unprofessional. The staff had no idea what was going on and when it was brought to their attention the blame was shifted to others. Was in the waiting room 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time with no explanation. Not one of the nursing staff came to check to make sure everything was alright. I would expect this from a volunteer pre-internship office, not a “professional” with 35 years experience.

Dr. Finch is an excellent Doctor, He explains exactly what the problem is and in a way anyone could understand. And he takes the time needed to make sure you do . So easy to like !!!

his bedside manner is not good, he sat on my mothers bed and then acted as if my questions were not important. My mother is 80 years old and if I hadn't of been there my mother would never remember a word he said. She may have acted as if she understood but she didn't.
