Dr Ketchum and staff were very nice, attentive and very professional to my daughter’s needs and found a fracture that was missed by a prior Doctor. Thanks everyone at Andrew’s. Hopefully we won’t have to visit any time soon but we definitely know where we will go if the need arises. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ketchum is excellent at diagnosing and treating orthopedic problems. He does so with a friendly, attentive attitude. He has treated me, my wife and two of our sons over the past few years. We. Have all experienced excellent diagnosis and treatment from Dr. Ketchum. The staff is friendly and professional as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ketchum for your orthopedic needs!

Dr.Ketchum is a great doctor and a really good listener. Treated knees and gave me instructions on what exercises to do. Office staff is very professional and very knowledgeable. Thank goodness we have this office here in Cullman.

Do not recommend. Put a band aid on it and move along kind of guy. If you try to tell him what’s hurting and your history. He’s going to act like a know it all and tell you he’s done it before. Absolutely worst experience I’ve received from a specialist. Did not give me any advice just a bill and some cream/pain medicine to get over it. Save yourself some time and choose another doctor because there are plenty of great doctors also working there.

He is a good Dr and told me everything that I needed to know. He is knows his business and is very kind. He seemed to care about the pain I am having. One thing is he doesn’t look at your eyes. He is always looking around. Very minor but it makes me more sure when someone is talking to you about your self and looks at you directly. Thank you.

As a first time patient I was nervous going in but Dr. Ketchum had a great bedside manner, explained my diagnosis and discussed all options. He made sure I understood exactly what was going on and that I was comfortable with my treatment.
