Convinces her patients that their problems are due to spirits and demons. Way too involved with the Catholic Church. STAY FAR AWAY

This person is a waste of time. She doesn't listen Is always distracted Has little to no knowledge of medications. Doesn't believe side effects are possible. After months of getting no where with her and telling her that I want a change she told me she doesn't want to change anything. She interrupts as I try to talk, and plays guilt trips on me. She said "why don't you want to get better, I can't help you if you wont tell me what's wrong". If I could get one full thought out and if she actually listened...She still doesn't know my name and barely speaks english. No empathy, no respect, always distracted on her computer, or phone, or in her desk. She also told me she doesn't do medication management (in the job title of a psychiatrist). I've told her straight exactly what I want to do and she refused. Make me feel worthless and out of control. Absolute waste of time. Do not subject yourself to this brickwall, please save yourself and see someone else

She is a decent doctor.. but.. SHE IS ALWAYS LATE! There have been times I've waited over an hour past my appointment time. Every appointment she is at least 30 mins behind. I've never been seen by her on time and I've seen her over a year now. I think it's time to find a new doctor.

Dr. Kim was always late, but it was usually because she cared enough to spend time with her patients. However, once when I was late, and after I had tried to call her office for hours to say I might be late, -- with no answer from the receptionist, I was told I couldn't get in. What most concerned me about Dr. Kim is that when counseling me during on appointment, she told me that it wasn't she who was saying the words, but that God was speaking through her. Yes, she thinks she is God's vessel. She should not be practicing with this approach.

Her bedside manner is the worst I have ever experienced. Dr. Kim never listened to my concerns as her patient and she is NEVER on time. If you plan to have a doctor treat you poorly, she is the doctor for you.

I went in for an intial assessment and to get my medication prescribed. She was destracted, looking in her purse and lunch bag. She was throwing out diagnosis' for my family members, whom she has never met, after I would say one or two sentences about them. She recommended I go off some of my current medication. I did so with terriable effects. She is not compassionate or empathetic. She really should have forwarned me about the side effects of going off my medication. I will never see her again.

Makes a "psych eval" once every 3 to six months. Bill to insurance approx 250 dollars for 15 minutes.Doesn't really seem to listen to patients needs, dismisses your concerns.Will not go out of her way if one switches med providers to get it set up anew.Insists about not getting phone calls from outside agencies that may need to speak to her about your diagnosis.Staff caters to her. Even if you'd like to change the location that you meet her at. Staff suggests you bring it up at the next session 6 months down the line, instead of suggesting a phone call to change locations.

Dr Kim is very text book and a non compasionate person. I would not recommend her to anyone who is suffering from grief, she will have you diagnosed with everthing but what you went in for. She does not have her degree from the United States.
