Cooperation and compassion is not a part of office staff’s job. I needed information called in to my insurance co, a quick call and was told, quote…..I don’t have time for that. Refused to speak with the insurance rep and blocked both of our numbers. It was their error I was trying to get corrected. I’m no longer a patient there, I will not be treated with disrespect. I’m sure their story will contradict mine!

Robert, the sleep tech was very patient and knowledgeable during the study. They walked me through the setup and checked to make sure I was comfortable before beginning. The room was quiet and relaxing, which helped the entire experience feel easier.

The entire office is so well-run. From Lynette greeting me at the front desk, to Tracee reviewing my intake forms, to Alisa handling scheduling, everything flowed smoothly. When I finally saw Dr. Rampertaap, he explained my results in plain language and made sure I understood before leaving. The office itself is spotless and comfortable, which makes the experience even better.

During my visit, Tracee helped with a prior authorization for my prescription. She explained what was happening so I wouldn’t be left confused.
