Dr. Motunrayo Naomi Adisa, MD

Dr. Adisa is patient and kind and a wonderful doctor. She took her time with me and didn't make me feel bad about my skin situation. I trust her and am so glad that I found her.

I received a call from Dr. Adisa's office, on the day of my scheduled appointment, asking if I could come in earlier than my original 4:30 appointment time. They said that they were running ahead of schedule. I made arrangements at my work to do so and arrived at 3:50 which was 10 minutes before their newly requested time of 4:00. There were quite a few patients in the waiting area and many more arrived after I did. Each of those who had been waiting and those that arrived long after me, were called back, seen, and left. At 4:45, after waiting nearly an hour, I checked with the receptionist to see how much longer I would have to wait. I was told that it wouldn't be much longer. At 5:00, I checked again. She apologized and said I would be taken back soon. At this point, I was the ONLY one in the waiting room. Many of the staff were heading home for the evening. At 5:05, I checked again and was THEN taken back to the exam room. Once inside, the nurse came in to take my… vitals. I asked her how much longer it would be before the doctor would come in. She said 15-20 minutes! I was asked to arrive at 4:00, but would not be seen until 5:30. There was no explanation for why their office had called to "move up" my appointment. There was no one in the office who knew who had placed the call to me. They did offer to make me another appointment and assured me that I would be seen more quickly. But that does not make up for the time I had already lost waiting. Over scheduling is reason enough for one to take the time to write a review and to seriously consider rescheduling with a doctor who clearly does not value the patient's time over his/her own.

Doctor Adisa is just too awesome!!! Very attentive, patient and just very nice.... she was sure to address all my concerns

Had an appointment with Dr. Adisa, was asked to get to my appointment early. I waited for 2 1/2 hours without an explanation, no communication or check in by anyone. I think that is utterly ridiculous. If we are late for appointments they have no problem cancelling it. Why are there no recourse for doctors who are excessively late, not just a few minutes? We take off work, plan an appointment, to be treated as if it is a privilege to be seen. It is a service that those that are fortunate enough to PAY for utilize.

Attentive... Was not in a rush took her to examine my concern

Dr. Adisa is a excellent doctor, she diagnosed a spot of cancer on my ear, when another doctor suggested I be given ointment and sent home. Dr. Adisa was persistent in getting the needed lab tests and informing me of the results. She made sure that I didnot dismiss the matter, and that I got in for surgery as quickly as possible. Anyone that is fortunate enough to have her as their doctor can count on getting the best of care. She is one of the best.

Dr. Adisa was curteous and very helpful in providing diagnosis and a solution for a long term skin problem I've had. She was very warm and took the time to explain the cause and steps I should take.

I was sent to a dermatoligist by my family doctor. That one told me that the mole on my temple was nothing and never cancerous. A few years later my husband was also sent to the same one for skin cancer. Also told it was not. I decided to go for a second opinion and Dr Adisa didn't like the way my mole felt(the first guy never even touched it!). She had it biopsied and found it to be Basil cell cancer. My husband also was treated for pre-cancerous spots on his arms. Dr. Campbell did the Mohs surgery and cut out all of the cancer and did a beautiful job of sewing me up. I would tell anyone with a problem to go directly to Dundee Dermatology.
