Dr. Morgan Douglas Ford, MD

My husband went to "Dr".Ford for physical, he sent him to do blood work, blood work came back with some concerns, its been 3 weeks since no one ever called back to follow up, to explain results or to talk about next step. We got blood work results directly form lab patient portal. If we didn't knew how to we wouldn't never knew even what blood results look like. Husband called back to his office they say oh ok no one called, let us call you back. That was 10 days ago. Stay away. They aren't doctors. What a shole

I’ve been going to this practice for 30 years. I’ve been seeing a doctor for her for 15 years every month . He is by far and above the best doctors I have had throughout my health journey and has listen to every word I’ve said . I won’t ever move farther away from him due to the patient experience and his incredible due diligence on listening to my current situation and they’re willing to do homework on how to help. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a Doctor Who listens has compassion knows his patients are educated and want relief he is my champion.

I am a nurse and Very picky when it comes to me care. Dr. Ford is THE BEST doctor I have ever received care from. His bedside manner AMAZING. He takes time to listen to you and your concerns. I never feel rushed . He comes highly recommend by me!

Waisted alot of years on this so called doctor. Very, very poor diagnosis's .Sloppy medical mistakes. Failure to investigate potential causes of symptoms. Went in as a regular patient, came out as a chronic pain patient because of his misdiagnosis. Don't walk, run from this so called doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Ford and his nurse Cinda. They were very personable and professional in a relaxed manner that made me feel at ease. Most importantly I never felt I was being rushed through and I had adequate time to discuss my concerns. This was my first visit and I am very happy I found my new primary care physician.

I began seeing Dr.Ford recently over the last several months he has changed my life. I have had a really hard year and him and his nurse Renae (sorry if I spelled your name wrong sister) have been the most respectful office I have been to. They are amazing listeners and have done nothing but made my medical and personal experiences change my life. I was in a difficult spot with surgeries and surgeries gone wrong from other medical offices and they have not only changed my outlook on medicine but made me feel like I finally have a welcoming family to turn to. Thank you Post Falls Family Medicine. Thank you Dr. Ford and your nurse for making me feel like a priority and caring. I'm so impressed. Having gone through six surgeries in ten months they are the only ones I fully trust to listen and take the time to make me not only feel better but care. I was shocked to see Disappointed's comments.I am a 62-year-old male who has had some medical problems most of my life, and I have learned not to have much faith or trust in doctors. Believe me, I have seen many. The majority are egocentric, uninformative, and do not keep up on new discoveries in the medical field.I'm a computer programmer. I know it's impossible to keep on top of everything. The difference between a good doctor and a mediocre one is that a good doctor will investigate - because he/she cares about their patient and has a strong desire to be informed and knowledgeable, as well.Morgan Ford is one of those doctors. My first visit he provided me with important knowledge about my condition that, over several years, other doctors failed to mention - perhaps because they didn't know or, perhaps because they didn't feel it was important for me to know. Dr. Ford seems to recognize it is my life and my body we're dealing with here, and I feel like we are working together.The… first lab results he looked at, he took the time to explain everything in that report - what it was and what it meant. No doctor has ever done that before unless I pressed with questions - a chore usually akin to pulling a thirsty mule away from a trough. At long last I have found a doctor who fulfills the criteria of what I expect to find in a person who has chosen this profession. I never feel rushed, my questions are always answered, he is not afraid to say "I don't know", but you can bet he will research.Kudos also for a great staff who always makes me feel at home. There are no pretensions here - just good medicine.I can't begin to express how much that means to me.

Dealing with Dr.Ford, you have ten minutes to explain what is going on with your health when that is up he's done. He provides no solutions. Very disappointed after trusting, and counting on his professional knowledge it has been a true disappointment.waste of time and money. Will be changing Dr.s.
