Getting those fillings out weren't as bad as I thought. Thank you to the staff too for making me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable time for me.

Excellent at what he does and such a great staff that supports him.

First of all I hate going to the dentist. Of course its my luck that its always something insane like cavities or a root canal. I am a HUGE baby when it comes to needles and procedures and he did everything to help me. He even let me put on my favorite show on the TV while I was getting numbed so I can focus less on the needles, constantly talked to me, and one assistant squeezed my hand just because I'm such a pain. Although I still squirmed around I appreciate that a lot, especially from a Dr.

Honestly, this guy shows so much passion in his work. I haven't seen any angry patients when I wait either. When I'm in any office, I really feel like its a family and its so crazy. The staff is super friendly, the patients are super friendly and we have discussions all the time. I even made a few friends from my appointments. To be able to create a space like this where everyone can come together is truly magnificent. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you sit in the chair to get treated, its always a good experience. I know you are a very busy man, yet were treated like you have all the time in the world. Much respect to you Dr. Amer. Thank you for everything.

Pain sucked, but I doubt any doctor could take away all pain. All staff very friendly. I only wish I was given *exact* details... everything from exactly when I'd feel pain, to what to expect at the next visit. (Went in thinking "crown" ended up another root canal.) I am a horrible patient: I'm jumpy and scared, nervous and high strung. I feel badly for them that they have to deal with me! But, Dr. Amer somehow smiles and says, "Ok, see you soon!" (When he could frustratingly, (understandably!) simply say, "Ok, bye now!")
