Dr. Mowbray Philip Hagan, MD

Dr Hagan is great. He has a great bedside manner and he takes the time to clearly explain everything. HOWEVER, his STAFF is TERRIBLE!!! They don't answer the phone most of the time. When they do answer the phone, they're rude and most of the time don't do what they say they're going to do. Bottom line is this, if your lucky enough to get to see him, you'll be happy with him, but don't rely on his staff for anything.

Dr. Hagan is a great doctor. Very patient and spends time with you. Unlike many doctors who rush you thru like cattle. I wish his staff was a bit more user friendly. For me the staff is important as well as once you see the doctor they are responsible for paperwork, etc.

I like him and have heard other people say nice things about him, but the after hours urgent care is another matter. He's not even there

I have been a patient for >8 years. During this time his entire practice has changed radically! He and his staff have gone from extremely caring and professional to lax and rushed. In the beginning he would spend time with his me listening to complaints, checking history, verifying meds, and routinely referring specialists as needed (I have heart problems and other issues). Most recently he spends most of the time with me looking at his computer not looking at or hearing me. He rushes the interview and doesn't find what he has been treating me for for years, in his computer chart, from one visit to the next.His office staff has gotten very unprofessional and has made several errors with my insurance paperwork even referrals are basically ignored. I am entirely frustrated. I spent so many years building a relationship with a man that I trusted and feel completely let down by him and his staff.

Best Doctor That I've been to in 15 yearsListens and seems to care-All my impressions are based on my first visit, but I was more than happy with that visit
