Dr. Mozella Williams, MD

I’m so glad I found a new doctor. Dr Williams would smile warmly, pat my arm and try to sound comforting as she asked about how I felt mentally. Meanwhile she wasn’t taking seriously or helping me the issues I was there for: fatty liver, neck pain, out of control blood pressure and more. I wasted years with her only to discover she seemed to think she was in charge of my health and I didn’t have a brain. I’ll never forget this poor treatment such as when I inquired about what the 4 problems the chiropractor put down on my chart we’re, and her reply was that they weren’t problems; the chiropracter just needed to put some reasons down. Unacceptable!

Got me off of the pharmaceuticals I'd been prescribed by another doctor for my hypertension. The medicine was working for the blood pressure but contributing to weight gain. Dr. Williams often had a non-pharmaceutical solution to health issues. Great listener and practical problem solver.

Whenever I would go to CHI it was the best experience ever. The staff is always very nice a accommodating (I'll miss them). I waited about 5 minutes and then went back to the exam room. Maybe about 10 minutes later Dr. Williams came in with a big smile even though it was a cold Saturday. She was very polite and caring. As usual she gave me the best advice. She also told me ways to take care of my issues that did not involve heavy medications. She also gave me some great holistic ways to help which is what this practice is all about! I love it! Unfortunately, CHI has closed but I look forward to going where ever Dr. Williams goes!

This medical practitioner's care during my time seeing her as a patient has been substandard at best. I found her to be deceptive and misleading without sufficient knowledge of how to treat basic chronic health conditions such as hypertension even with all the information out available to practitioners. She tends to practice medicine in what I would consider a rather archaic manner. I was able to resolve my own hypertension issue with a book while she was having me run around and get all kinds of major diagnostic tests wasting a lot of money. I would recommend anyone think twice about seeing her for medical care. When I called her out on some misinformation she provided which contradicted information a laboratory so easily provided to me she became very defensive and then opted to stonewall as a method of covering up mistakes she had made. I found that she didn't demonstrate much integrity.

After waiting months for my appointment (even though I was an established patient), I left my appointment shaking my head and wishing I never scheduled it. For a physical, none of the aspects that usually accompany a physical were checked such as my heart, ears, eyes, throat and lungs. She is a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. The appointment was so awful that my spouse and I left wondering if she forged her medical license. Also, she appears to be against prescription medication and refills. If you have chronic illness, you will be frustrated with all the battles to get refills from her. You may even have to go without meds for a couple of days before she receives enough pressure from you and the pharmacist and sends over the script.

First and foremost, I woke up feeling HORRIBLE. Sore throat, coughing...all signs of a terrible cold about to happen. I called out of work and called Dr. Williams office. I was told she was too busy and booked to see me so I’d have to see her Physicians Assistant. Upon arrival I see Dr. Williams chatting away to an employee. Nope, didn’t look busy to me. I wait a very long time after being weighed, etc. before the PA finally shows up. And do you know what she recommended I do to get better? Eat chicken noodle soup...CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP?!? Then she had the AUDACITY to try and sell me some “holistic” products. She also tells me I need ibuprofen for my sore throat but doesn’t even write me a prescription!!! Additionally during my last visit to Williams I mentioned that I am severely allergic to certain antibiotics. Do you think she wrote that down in her patient notes? You guessed it, nope! So during my visit today, her moron PA said if the chicken noodle soup doesn’t work *rolls… eyes*, she can prescribe me antibiotics. I tell her the same thing I told Williams regarding my sever allergic reactions and this moron PA says “Well what exactly happens? Are the reactions THAT bad?” Honestly at that point I was looking for an exit. I could’ve been dying and these ppl would just try to sell me their holistic rememdies instead of prescribing me ACTUAL medication that I WAS NOT allergic to. Oh! And on my wait out the office guess who I see still chatting it up like she had alllllll the time in the world? You guessed it...Williams!!! So here I am...in bed, feeling even worse than I did the day of my visit. But I am NEVER going back to that useless facility. I am changing primary care doctors as we speak!
