Not happy with this Dr

Enliven is a lovely office and has a wonderful staff; very helpful and kind. However in reference to Dr. Ashtari she is helpful and professional on first visit. On your first visit the office messages you numerous times to leave a Yelp review... hence the many good reviews in a short period of time. After that she treats you in a condescending manner and dismisses most of your health concerns. I'm sure she treats you differently if you are there getting botox and fillers or any procedure that generates money for her business; but as far as being a "Primary" Care Dr. she is a total fail. I would go as far as to say she is somewhat cruel. Unfortunately this was my experience as her patient. Find a Primary that is solely that a Primary Care Doctor and not a Dr. that puts her medical spa patients first.

Very disappointed and so unexpected to see these kind of unprofessional behavior from your primary physician to refuse to see her patient over 15 min delay even though she knew that I would be late around 15 min. This is not acceptable from Dr. Mozhgan Ashtari refusing to see me. I'm 70 years old and I needed to wait till my daughter come back from work to take me to my appointment. I waited over a month for this appointment because I needed Dr. Ashtari approve me for Covid-19 vaccine since I have allergies. Also the staffs were so rude and disrespectful. This is something I never experienced before with my other physicians and this is the last thing a patient wants to see from her primary physician. Please think twice before closing her as your primary doctor.
