She is very grumpy and always says that not me or my specialty or says why are you here

Wife and I have seen her for little over a year since we moved here. She constantly is pushing flu shots (she gets a monetary kickback for them of course). We talk about something specific and then she does not note it in our records or forgets to refill scripts. I am pretty healthy and only need to see her once a year but every 6 months she will not refill my maintenance med's without an office visit.

Dr. K. has always been a good medical doctor until recently getting involved in unethical billing practices. I have been getting billed for medical services according to my provider she should not be billing me for which is part of her contracted services with the insurance company.

Horrible waste of my time. She does not investigate, and her answer to everything is, "well I'm not a specialist" I actually don't know what she does. Completely useless! If you just want your blood pressure checked, she's good for that, oh and maybe your weight too, that's about it though. Worst doctor experience, from someone who has been to so many doctors and specialists in the triangle. Wouldn't recommend to my enemy ( though I don't have any, lol) if you're having symptoms and need answers, don't waste your time and go somewhere else. The quickness of getting into an appointment does not make up for the fact that she refuses to do her job. And if you need monitoring, or management of a chronic illness, stay far far far away!
