From the start; which was a few years ago I was not happy ; but the Spanish nurse was very nice. The second nurse I had for the sleep study; did not make me feel comfortable. And yes I do agree with the other individual; the rooms are in need of cosmetics. The problem I had; I had a telemed appt about a couple weeks and a script was suppose to have been written for a change in equipment by the Dr and two weeks later we still didn't have the new equipment. I called the office to follow up and the nice young lady that answered; said she had no script and would take care of. The Dr forgot .

Excellent physician and very compassionate care

This doctor is not very knowledgeable or helpful regarding my care. He is nothing more than a CPAP factory. I felt rushed as he did not provide any detailed answers to my questions and basically kept urging me to get a sleep study which he said would reveal the problems. My study did not reveal any sleep apnea which is all this basic study was for. He could not provide any details as to what could be wrong. Last but not least the facility is very dirty and old. The beds look like something out of a horror movie motel. He's obviously too cheap to upgrade. He used his cell phone light to examine my throat and ears. Could you be anymore tacky? He has a thick accent as well which creates a language barrier. The only positive is that his staff was nice and the technician that did my study was as well. I felt they cared more about me than the actual doctor.
