Been a patient for years. Always seem to have a issue with him and his wife(who demands payment upfront, and never calls back or eeplies and is rude) Dr. ALI isn't a bad person but needs to do his job btr. He sends ur rx to wrong state, wrong publix/walgreens, never does prior authorization. He has made me wait days for a reply or to send my rx, leading to withdrawals each month. This month he sent it 2 weeks late and told me to find a different doctor after taking my money for the full 3 months. And refuse to get back to me. I live pay check to paycheck and requested a refund and they won't even acknowledge it. Do NOT go here. He may seem great at first and give u what ur asking for (because he never does his job and just ask what u want) but after that ur responsible to do the research and know what medications to ask for and follow up ur own care plan. I'd advise you to look elsewhere.

Not a good psychiatrist. Asks you what doses do you want of your medication. A psychiatrist is supposed to know that. Does not evaluate well, asks patients what medicines they want instead of treating them accordingly. Does not have time for patients he only does refills, does not communicate with the pharmacist promptly. Keeps records on notebooks and disorganized not a secure record keeping procedure. If you ask for your medical records, you are denied and accused of forging them. Does not allow service dogs on premises.
