Absolutely embodies EVERYTHING you do not want in a Doctor. Smug prick. Fucking awful.

Your not going to get drugs here and be sent on your way. This is a dr. that will listen and will try multiple procedures until one is found that is effective. I continue to see this Dr. and would recommend him to anyone in severe pain

I have found Dr Hefzy to be very helpful. He is easy to communicate with and always answers my questions. We have discussed my care plan and I know exactly what to expect. I believe he is interested in my recovery. I trust this Dr and believe he will find the root cause of my pain.

If u want a dr that will listen to you and care this is not a doctor for you. He has a horrible bedside manner and gets angry very easily. He gets disgusted when you ask questions as if you should already know the answer and tells you you're not in pain it's all in your head. But is more than willing to cut you open or put needles in your back but there's nothing wrong with you. Left their in tears.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Hefzy and the West Central Surgical Center. Completely professional and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this Center and Dr. Hefzy, MD. very much!

Poor doctor, period. Zero compassion

Series of injections didn't work so he cut pain meds because he "only believes in procedures". That's great but when the injections aren't working you're still in pain. Pathetic.

Great Dr., great person.
