Waste of time and money. A Nurse Practitioner would be a better choice!

As it is usually unsettling to visit a new physician, (for me that is anyway) I pay attention to everything including parking. In saying that, my initial impression was good because the first encounter I had with the receptionist was pleasant. I must add, she was assisting someone, however, she acknowledged I was standing there too (which I have much appreciation for). After completing new patient forms, within 3 minutes I was called to the exam room to have vitals taken. By the way... other patients were there. It appears as though they are not in the practice of overbooking. Dr. Zafar entered 7 minutes later and apologized for the delay (really?!?, I've waited in examining rooms for an hour!!). With that being said, kudo's for respecting my time and yes this is off to a great start! However, I'm looking for substance and answers in layman terms. He was thorough, informative, knowledgeable and I left with a sense of comfort that he was competent and confident to perform my… procedure. Now speaking of post. I had no complications and Dr. Zafar and his staff were amazing. He did just what he said even in communicating the results. I highly recommend Dr. Zafar, as he came highly recommended to me!
