Dr. Muhammed Iqbal, MD

My first visit with dr.iqbal today and I was pleased,he was very kind which i was grateful because I've had bad experiences with several physicians and I'm now somewhat nervous about seeing them. I found him to be very knowledgeable and kind.

I was referred to this doctor by Interfaith Health Clinic here in Knoxville, they set an appointment for me. On the morning of my appointment, they called me saying Dr. Iqbal doesn't accept Interfaith Health Clinic insurance. I have taken this day off so I can go to see this doctor but I have lost work that day and was not seen by any doctors. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.

Horrible experience with Dr. Did not answer questions and was overall uninterested in my condition. Seemed to be in a hurry. Found another Dr that was the exact opposite. Don't waste your time.

My mom received treatment from this so called doctor at Fort Sanders for her liver and every doctor she has seen has debunked him and went against him on his treatment and diagnosis. He comes in today to tell my mom she is basically dying when other doctors are saying the opposite of everything he says. Avoid him if you want real answers
