Dr. Muin Mousa Dugom, MD

Refused to treat my grandmother for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis even after another doctor took x-rays SHOWING she had this disease. Absolutely arrogant and too full of himself to do what’s best for a patient. I fully believe he is the reason my grandmother’s disease progressed as quickly as it did seeing to how he refused to believe the x-rays, continuing to tell her she was fine.

Rude and arrogant. No real discussion, always rushing. If you ask questions, he becomes impatient and insulting. Very long waits at office and his staff is not very good.

Horrible! You pay him to be ugly to you! Heaven forbid you're overweight! He'll call you FAT in a heart beat! TRUE STORY! He may have cared in the past but not now. Maybe he'll remember where his livelihood comes from.

Always in a rush. No discussion about treatment or options. If you question him, becomes rude and insulting. Expect long waits because of over scheduling of patients. Poor staff and nurses.

Rude an impatient. Long waits after appointment time. He does not want input or questions from patient. Can be insulting if you question him. Seems arrogant and staff is poor, find another doctor.

Insulting and rude if you question him. You will never be seen on time, sometimes one hour wait. He is all about money, tries to see how many patients he can cram in one day. When you do see him, he reads your lab results, gives a short speech, and walks you out the door. If you ask for explanation, he is rude and dismissive. Worst attitude I have ever seen in a doctor.
