Dr. Mukund Vittha Deshmukh, MD

I was hospitalized under this doctor and he refused me medication I was NOT allergic too. He is very uncaring, horrible bedside manner and if you do not do exactly what he says he throws a baby fit and puts your life at more risk than it should be. Knows nothing on how to treat people let alone people with ptsd. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!

Unprofessional, not caring to the point of disrespectful!

dr deshmukh did nothing to help in our attempt to get my son into treatment, in fact the only response we ever got from him was billing, the treatment facility we wanted to get my son into couldn't take him without the dr's release of treatment records

He became a doctor, but is not able to help his patients.

Listened to what I had to say. Does not force a medication on a patient if that patient doesn't want to try it, but tries to find an alternative medication if available. If one is not available, explains why the medication must be tried. Does not tolerate staff abuse of a patient, and looks to remedy the situation. Knowledgeable about medications. This is a doctor you can trust to do the best medically for you.

If you're looking for a doctor with a lack emotion and be able tomake decisions without attachment, this is the doctor for you. If you are looking for a doctor to communicate, return phone callsand keep you informed with treatment options and just show an overallInterest in your well being this is NOT the doctor for you.

Very impatient and would not listen to my needs re needing to get off miedication. Would get angry and said just take the medication when I was having bad side effects. Was on Depakote. Changed doctors, went off Depakote and doing great. No thanks to Dr Deshmukh.
