She must of not liked me. It took 2 weeks to get my results of my X-rays . And that was because I kept calling. I was even put on urgent list to call at the end of the day. I was not called. She was not helpful to me. I was looking for a good doctor. She was not.

I would highly recommend Dr. Khambati, yes there is usually a wait due to high volume of patients wanting to see her but worth the wait!

Do not go here. They won’t call you back even if you are having a panic attack. She won’t communicate with you and she will make decisions without consultation with the patient. So sorry I wasted so much time with her

I've been seeing Dr Khambati for several years now, and have always been impressed with her kindness and knowledge. But I was quite ill for a period of time, and have had physical and emotional challenges that changed my life, and Dr Khambati has gone above and beyond the call of duty several times to keep tabs on me and make arrangements for me about medical care. I really do think she's the best PCP I've had: knows her medicine and a very kind and gentle person.

I understand that you have to wait sometimes when you go see your doctor, there are times when it can't be helped but they always run over when I have an appt. The staff refuses to pronounce your name properly even when corrected, and they are not very professional. The doctor herself seems nice enough.

Office staff was rude, she talked loudly on the phone about her personal business and talked about patients when they left. The waiting area was subpar, not comfortable at all. I had an appt for my son but continued to wait as other people came in after us and went in before us. Toys in the actual room, were awful, dirty. Dr. was nice but spent very little time checking out my son, and considering he was just in the hospital a couple of nights before and this was the follow-up, I was not happy. She also suggested I give me mucinel or some kind of decongestant, the one for kids. I questioned her because I had thought that you could not give children a decongestan. She said to follow the dosing instructions on the bottle. He is not even 2 yet and the information on the bottles clearly states, not to give to children under the age of 4. I asked pharmacists and he said that they do not make one for children that young because it was not found to be good for them and can cause health… problems, he was surprised that a doctor would suggest it. If I were another parent, they might have just given it to their child and not asked questions because the dr. told them too. If a dr does not have the expertise to diagnose and manage a young child, they should not allow them to be patients.
