Dr. Munirah Mazhar Hasan, DO

I found Dr. Hasan to be very knowledgeable. She had great bedside manners and was very caring. She took the time to carefully explain her diagnosis to me and I was very satisfied with her treatments that I got.

I never leave comments on physician web pages, but I feel a need to warn other patients about this "physician." I have a critically ill relative who has an incredibly painful condition, and I witnessed this provider while on the phone accuse my relative of looking for medication"to get high." This provider refused to call my relative's physician or nurse, and ended up giving her medication which could have harmed her severely, as she did not first check if it was okay to give her with her pre-existing medical condition. After yelling at and accusing my frail relative of faking their pain and telling them to "deal with it", she slammed the door to their room closed. Her actions were also witnessed by staff, who stated displeasure with her behavior and treatment. Due to this provider's mistreatment of my relative, they were left in severe pain and in medical danger until I could get them a new physician who actually read their file. It's scary that someone like this cam be a… practitioner.
