Please, read this. I have medical POA for an elderly dementia patient. I have much legal paperwork to handle, and this office in general has been completely uncooperative. They refuse to conduct a zoom, facetime or telehealth meeting, even though she has been his patient for several years and the prognosis for her condition is not good. They do not return phone calls or answer emails, and the office staff is the rudest I've come across-ever. I needed a letter to be written by the Dr, he refused, I've been trying for nearly 3 months to get it (complicated by Covid). I actually called AppleCare Corporate, we in turn together called this Dr,'s office, and after the call, corporate told me that I needed to file a complaint/grievance against this Dr and office. Please, look elsewhere, save yourself much time and aggravation, and find an office that actually cares and is interested in their patients' best interest.

Dr visit is too quick doesnt seem to care about finding whats causing issues for 3 yrs now

I wish I had read the comments before I contacted this office. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation. Ophelia from the consulting department and the office manager who lied to me and gave me the name Marina (who knows if she really were an office manager) are absolutely the rudest, cruelest and most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered during my 22 years of being a MS patient. I would never go to this office even if my life depends on it. I really don’t know how they can be in business or even be responsible for patient care. These people shouldn’t handle Big Macs, let alone deal with patients who suffer. I absolutely hope their office closes down or they get new staff. Stay away!

Staff here they are completely rude the rush you to a room they don’t answer any questions you have. The ignore you when you try to ask how long it’ll take doctor himself is rude if I could give this place negative stars I would I would not recommend this place to anyone

Munther Hijazin thinks Ciprofloxacin won't do anything to your nerves. Well then, why is it listed as a neurotoxin that can permanently damage the nerves and tendons? Why does it damage your gaba and prevents you from sleep? Why does it stress your body so much that it sucks the nutrients out of your tendons and bones preventing the nerve firing, and Why does it effect the body's ability to absorb Magnesium, the most essential nutrient for nerves? The Nurse said it can't effect any kind of nerve or muscle twitching because it leaves the body when you stop taking it, does the damage it causes leave the body as well? how are these people working in Neuro science. Completely ignorant and have less common sense then someone who has zero med school. He simply said "you're too young to be going through this", what difference does it make whether someone old or young takes a drug and is dramatically effected by it.

If you call his office the staff will pick up the phone and hang it right back up. I dont see how he stays in business.

I really line this Dr! Best ever ! No games with him. Always the truth ! About everything. That's what you need.

Dr Hijazin is wonderful. The staff on the other hand rude. Spend over hour on phone with them getting run around. Then next day called and talk about rude. It's truly sad to have a great doctor. And a staff that is rude clueless and stupid
