It is completely RIDICULOUS that when you call and try to speak to someone regarding a bill you are told the billing manager "doesn't have a set schedule" and is never in the office!!!!!! These people are nothing short of incompetent! Doesn't return phone calls and are rude! This office is ran so poorly I wouldn't send my dog there!

This is by far the worst doctor's office I have been to. The staff is anything but welcoming or helpful. When you do finally get to see the doctor after a super long wait past your scheduled appointment time he is rather rude. ZERO people skills and no compassion at all !!!

Dr Basker saw me to remove a mass from my leg. I was able to get in quickly and the surgery was scheduled for the next week. The doctor did a great job, he is very through, very straight and to the point. But.... His office staff is ridiculous. They are extremely rude when they are not pointedly ignoring you. The allow HIPPA violations constantly and don't care about you at all. I wait on average 30 minutes past my appointment time before they are bothered to escort me to the back. Absolutely ridiculous. Dr Basker is great, but only if you suffer his staff to get to him.

Dr. Basker is okay as a person and a good surgeon, but his office staff is very unprofessional and border on incompetence!
