"I have had two bad experiences with Dr. Murphy Steiner. One at the time of my hand surgery and the second as an office visit. At both times, Dr. Steiner showed a lack of compassion. In the first incident, I struggled while trying to place my arm in a position for hand surgery. Both my shoulders have limited flexibility. While trying different positions, Dr. Steiner became impatient with me and made me feel like he was rushing to see his next patient. His inpatient attitude made me feel like a number, not a patient struggling with pain. During my office visit, Dr. Steiner had only one question for me. "what do you want to do?" Not a hello, not a review of my X-rays, not a summary of my medical condition, and certainly not a recommendation for any treatment. As a former patient of Dr. Murphy with not just one bad experience but two, I would not recommend him

Dr. Steiner and the staff at Bienville Orthopedics were caring and very informative during my visit. The waiting time was not long. The treatment and information I received was great and I would definitely visit and recommend them.

The clinic was easy to find off interstate 10, very professional and worked me in his schedule. Dr Steiner has done his FU’s and I am now in PT.

Dr Murphy Steiner and team was the surgeon that was on call that Sunday morning when we daughter jad to have surgery with both ankles broken. They was super. My daughter is an adult with disabilities. He and the team at the hospital & office was great. Thanks

I meet this dr yesterday and he is awesome. He checks out the problems that I complained about and listened to me. He went and looked at my other films and records, came back and explained to me what is gonna on. He made a suggestion and said that it was my choice. He is a great dr...i would recommend him to anybody i know.

Was pleased with visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Steiner was very nice and explained my options.
