Because of mistakes with prescriptions, outdated information in our files even though we have requested updated address for last 2 years, my child is suffering because of these errors they keep making. Late prescriptions, errors with prescriptions, wrong file information, and lack of communication. They don't know how to work the electronic machine to send over prescriptions, and then they don't admit to their mistakes. They put my child on ADD medication, and now she goes 4 days without anything because of their mistakes. She isn't sleeping at night, she cant focus at school, all because her body is going through withdrawals from medication they said she HAD to have and they cant get their stuff right to help her. SHAME on This DR for not doing what it takes to fix this ASAP!

My family (3 kids) has been going to Forest Pediatrics for over 6 years. It is always easy to get an appointment, plus they have urgent care hours on Saturday if necessary. Never have to wait more than about 5-10 minutes after the appointment time. I wish I could find an adult practice that is as efficient as Forest Pediatrices.
