Dr. Murray Dean Smith, MD

Yesterday I had what I thought was going to be my yearly visit to my dermatologist. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There were no patients in the waiting room, none in the office, yet Dr. Smith was clearly in a hurry. As he was walking out of the examining room, I stopped him to ask if he could please take a look at a few moles that were new. He looked, said they were nothing and out the door he went. I am not a new patient, but I am now an old patient. Time to move on to a new dermatologist.

I was recommended to Dr. Smith by a friend. I called and left at least 6 messages to make an appt. and no one returned my call. I had to ask my friend to intervene. I got an appt. and the treatment by Dr. Smith was professional and of high integrity. However, he (and/or his office) would not return any calls after the appointment and would not assist in filing of insurance. I won't even bother going back and wouldn't recommend it unless you have the patience of Job to try getting through to their office.

Dr. Smith has no equal, we are so grateful for his expertise in diagnosing and treating my skin!
