This isn't quality care or care at all

I would recommend dr Wellner any time he's best of the best, I'm sick I get in quick have to wait of course like any other dr office. The staff there is wonderfull special the two new ladies that are always picking up the phones they know how to treat the pts very well and with respect. Dr also does my blood work every3month or as needed. Thank you dr Wellner for being great

Well first of all I would have to agree his main desk gal is so rude and unpleasant to talk to. Really needs a new fresh face there. I have been going to him for years and years and the only thing he is good for is writing a script but basically you have to tell him what you need. I have gone there having a real bad cold/virus and he would tell me allergies, not so. He never checks your vitals at all, just ask you questions, writes a lot and give a script. I have had a lump on my neck in front for over a year I ask him every single appt what it is cause I am concerned, he said no problem ti be concerned and that didn't sit right with me, I saw another MD and he was very concerned and ordered an ultrasound for me. Dr. Wellner is so scared of sending you somewhere else for tests or treatment, cause he is afraid will lose that office visit fee. He is not like a normal PCP he will have you come back monthly. He never writes scripts for over one month which is very strange cause… other docs write your blood pressure, arthritic meds, acid reflux drugs for at least 6 months if not a year they can't be bothered. He seems to be fixated on certain things and asking certain questions every visit like he knows nothing else. If you want a refill cause you run out doesn't just call in like other docs do you have to go see him and he will write it he needs that office visit charge. I have been a patient off and on for over 15 years and yet my last bad cold I called to go see him on a Friday and told me no have to wait till Monday, are you kidding me especially one of your regular patients. Like I said don't go to see him if illness may be very serious.

I think Dr WELLNER is more interested in making money than he is practicing medicine. forget phone refills, stop in pay money then the paper. Way unusual in my experience.

I was unhappy with the staff of a "Pro Health" outfit in Elmwood and wanted a small team to work with me. I asked some friends, 3 of 4 said Wellner. He is the type of MD you feel you can be totally open with. Not some 'God like' MD's you hold back somethings. There to help. Perfect. Some say the staff is not all kisses, thay are busy and concentrating on doing things right. They all are fine in my opinion. Murry draws blood personally durng your visit, convenient, painless and done. Fast to book a visit. EZ parking. EXPERIENCED !!!!

This Dr has been a life saver for me I have been a patient for over 18yrs, I thank God for him and his wonderful, staff never had any problem with him or staff, I will never forget the time, no money no job, no insurance, depress down and out he was there for me thank you Dr. Wellner.

Lazy, and unprepared. I would never have him as a physician for my family.

I am looking for a new Dr. One of the Office staff is very rude.

Dr. Wellner is a great doctor, and believe me I have seen hundreds!!! He is caring and very professional.

go if you know what you need, like eyedrops or something simple like a med refill, but he's not a real physician.
